Letter from our President

At Henderson State Bank (HSB) our motto is ‘Personalized Banking to Meet Your Needs.’  This is more than just a motto – it is our bank's purpose and goal in all of our interactions with our customers!  Banking is the people business and we seek to meet the current needs of our customers and be ready to meet their future needs as well.  All of our decision-making is done locally and quickly so customers are served promptly.  HSB is a community bank that focuses on meeting all the financial needs of the communities we serve – Henderson, York, Greeley and Giltner, NE.  We have made several donations to various projects to help give back to our communities and make them a better place to live, do business and raise a family!  Many of our staff members donate significant hours to various community organizations.  We have also started a scholarship program for high school graduates where we give away approximately 15 awards each year to deserving young people pursuing additional education. 

We offer a multitude of products and services.  We offer our standard agricultural, business and personal loans as well as checking, savings and certificate of deposit accounts.  All of the modern conveniences of online and mobile banking are also available as we focus on making banking more accessible to our patrons 24/7.  Retirement planning services through our on-staff Certified Financial Planner™ are available at our York Main location or other locations upon request.  Our customers can also enjoy the convenience of in-house printed checks and Tap-to-Pay VISA® debit cards created on-site to expedite delivery to our customers.
